How can I subscribe 1hmy?

To subscribe as a client to the 1hmy network you have to download and install the APP either in Android or Apple version and proceed with the registration. You can also sign in by the website. If a friend did suggest you to subscribe, remember to write his/her 1hME code in the appropriate field.

What is the 1hME code?

At the end of the registration, in your profile will be shown a code. This will be your personal code to use in the communication with 1hmy. Give the code to your friends when youll talk about 1hmy to obtain your bonus in case of their subscription. See the terms of the bonus program in the 1hWOM page on the website.

Can I have more than 1 account?

No. The account is personal and every individual can have only one account.

What is the wallet in my profile?

The electronic wallet is a cash deposit in which you can put money by PayPal to have it available when you book a service. The use of the wallet is optional.

Can I change the information of my profile?

By the APP it’s ever possible to change profile information except the main email address because it match with the user ID.

Questions about booking

How can I book?

By the APP and the website it’s possible to look for a beauty or wellness tretment in a specific geographical area for a certain time of a certain day. Selecting an affiliate fron the result list, you’ll find the button “SHOP FOR YOU” to book the treatment.

What does it mean to gift a treatment?

The search for the treatment wors as for the normal shop but, in the affiliate profile, you can decide to gift someone a voucher with the value of the treatment. The system will ask you the email address of the beneficiary and a personalized message to associate to the present. The beneficiary will receive a message with the code of the voucher, your message and all the needed instructions.

If I give a treatment, does the beneficiary have to do only that?

No. Your choice is only a suggestion that the beneficiary can also ignore: he has the possibility to go to every affiliate he wants to ask for every treatment he wants. He will use the voucher to pay for the voucher amount.

What if I ask to the affiliate different treatments or extra products?

If the affiliate can give either extra treatments or products, you can use your voucher for its amount and complete the payment for the remaining sum. The affiliate will release a receipt for the entire payed amount.

Are there differences between the words “voucher” and “coupon”?

No, they are synonyms.

How can I pay a 1hmy service?

After the booking it’s required the payment as in the chosen professional pricelist. The payment can be performed either by PayPal or by your 1hPIGGY credits.

What is PayPal?

Paypal is a payment method for the on-line shopping. 1hmy uses PayPal for its security: the buyer, therefore, doesn’t have to communicate fo 1hmy the codes of his/her credit card.

What is 1hPIGGY?

1hPIGGY is the electronic wallet associated to the personal profile of each User. The User can add credit in 1hPIGGY to make faster the future shopping. 1hPIGGY credit can be only use to shop on the 1hmy platform and it isn’t refundable.

Can I pay a service in part with Paypal and in part with 1hPIGGY?

No. Paypal and 1hPIGGY are mutually alternative. If I want to use the 1hPIGGY credits but the amount is not enough, it is necessary to recharge 1hPIGGY with new credits.

Can I pay a treatment with more than a voucher?

No. With 1hmy t’svery easy to obtain discount or bonus vouchers because we like to reward the fidelity of our clients. For every treatment it is possible to usa only one voucher.

What happens if I don’t finish the payment?

Since payment is required for acceptance of booking, if within 10 minutes from when payment is proposed this is not done, the reservation is canceled to allow other customers to book in the selected time.

If I miss an appointment, can I have my money back?

If you wait for the expiration of the appointment, is not provided restitution of money. We therefore recommend that, if you had problems, immediately contact the affiliate to arrange with him/her a new schedule.

Why after the payment I don’t receive the receipt by 1hmy?

1hmy will send you an email with the voucher code to be used with the affiliate. He will give you the receipt for the amount spent. This will allow you, when you’re at the affiliate place, to add other treatments or products and to use the voucher to pay for a portion of the total bill.

How can I gift a treatment with 1hmy?

Access as a client either to the APP or the website and proceed as you normally do when you buy a treatment. At he shopping moment, select the button “SHOP FOR GIFT” rather than “SHOP FOR YOU” and you’ll go in a page where you can specify the gift beneficiary email address, the gift occasion and a personal message.

How do you will send my gift?

The person to whom you made the gift will receive an email with a special graphics related to the occasion that you have chosen. In the email there will be the message that you wrote, the voucher to be used to redeem the gift and all instructions.

Is the beneficiary forced to have the treatment that I choosen?

No. The voucher gives the right to a treatment, a service or a product of the amount you have paid, and the beneficiary is free to use it where and when he wants. And if he decides to buy a more expensive he can integrate the sum directly at our affiliate. Beware, though: the good does not give him the right to receive money as change if the chosen service costs less than its value.

It is necessary that the beneficiary give to the affiliate a printed copy of the email?

How do I manage my task agenda?

You can manage your task agenda by the affiliate dashboard after you access with your credentials.

How do I update the agenda?

The functions provided by the affiliate portal are simple and intuitive as the management of any other personal calendar. You will see your bookings and occupy time slots already booked with simple mouse movements or using the available buttons.

How do I divide the commitments for the members of my staff?

If you have defined multiple members of your staff on the affiliate dashboard, you will find in daily agenda many columns as the number of members of your staff. Each column is used to manage the appointments of the corresponding member.

Questions about vouchers

What is the difference between a treatment vocher and a gift voucher?

When a client books an appointment for a treatment of an affiliate, he can only change, in agreement with the affiliate, the date and time of the appointment, but is bound to have of the treatment purchased from the affiliate chosen in the reservation. If a customer has a gift coupon, he can use it to pay for a treatment, a service or a product from any affiliate of the 1hmy network.

How do I verify the validity and the amount of a coupon?

In the affiliate dashboard there is the “Coupon” function that just serves to verify the information of any kind of voucher prior to the service. The same functionality allows the affiliate to redeem the voucher amount as the service has been performed.

What happens if the customer wants to buy a treatment or a product with a higher cost respect of the voucher?

The affiliate have to issue a receipt for the total amount. He can use the voucher to cover the expenditure up to its total value* and ask the customer integration of the amount directly to the cash.

If the value of the voucher exceeds the treatment or the selected product, do I have to give the change to the customer?

No. The customer has been informed that there is no refund, even partial, of the good. Concerning the affiliate, on redemption of the voucher he will receive the net amount*.


* with net amount means the amount of competence of the affiliate (totale value less the payment for the 1hmy service). Since the voucher could be purchased with a discount (charged to 1hmy), it is always good idea to check the real amount of voucher to know the actual net value.
